Is my data private and secure?

Yes. All your contacts, driver details, vehicle records and documents are stored in your own private account. No one else can access your data, and it is never shared or used for AI training. You stay fully in control of your information at all times.

Can other members see my records?

No. The community features (Member Area, Live Chat) are completely separate from your operational data. Only you can access your records.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data remains yours. You can request a full export before cancelling, and you can reactivate your account at any time without losing your records.

Where does the Smart Support AI get its information from?

The AI is built using trusted UK transport sources and industry standards. It does not use your personal data to train itself. Your records stay private and are never fed into any external AI model.

Do you offer support if I’m stuck?

Yes. You get daily Live Chat access to UK transport specialists from 9am to 8pm, plus full access to the Member Area community and all training materials.
